Why did Mephisto go unstoppable?

As far as I know there is nothing in Mephisto's kit that would make him go unstoppable. Here at the end of this fight in BGs as I'm doing the heavy evade counter with Mr Negative and Mephisto suddenly procs a Cruelty and Unstoppable buff.

You evaded and the person has the Unfazed Mastery

Thanks! I have never come across anybody running that mastery before. I forgot it even existed.
