New Special Missions

So for the special missions there are the complete heroic difficulty with one guardians of the galaxy tagged champ or on epic difficulty but when I did the epic difficulty this mission disappeared

It seems stupid but you don't get all the difficulty objectives. You only get 3 out of the 4 difficulties which is ridiculous especially since it is giving the Legendary one and then skipping a lower one. Read the event post on the General forum and somewhere in there, amongst the many edits and incorrect/inconsistent phrasing between the general text and the tables, you will find a part that shows which progression level gets which objectives.
