Didn’t receive bg rewards

My last match completed victory track. When the win animation showed it said I still needed one win. I am sure that I didn’t and it also put me in Uru 3 but I did not receive the final victory track rewards. I had trouble trying to contact support because it wouldn’t accept my account info
