6.2.5 Mordo Boss AFTER 2022 update?

I'm currently on 6.2.5 and I have heard the cries over the years about Mordo being the most annoying and difficult boss in 6.2 if not all of 6.

All of the strategy guides and videos and tips and everything I can find is all about how to fight him BEFORE the Major Act 6 update happened a few months ago. And since I've never done it before, I don't have a full understanding on how he was before and what's changed so I feel like watching any of the videos for a guidance might actually be a deterrent.

Can anyone who previously ran 6.2.5 Mordo before the update and has recently run him after the update help me understand how best to fight him and who best to bring. I looked at the nodes but I still can't figure out who would be ideal - or what abilities are essential going into it. Thanks!

    team: doom, kitty, magik, archangel, wags
    hela - doom
    moon knight - kitty
    gwenpool - magik
    voodoo - doom
    gamora - doom
    sym spidey - doom
    karnak - kitty
    colossus - doom

    for boss, first, place wags. try archangel and make sure your whole team is alive. if that doesn't take him down, doom and magik should be able to. just be aware of his power, although it's not the end of the world if he reaches sp3

    Now that there’s the champion selector node right before the final boss, is there anyone else you recommend I bring in or might be better for any of the fights, and then I can swap out someone with Wags right before the boss fight?

    you definitely need doom, kitty, magik, and wags for the path part. place your wags on voodoo and gwenpool and then save one for mordo. i would maybe suggest hulkling for the path just as a backup. you don't necessarily need to sub out hulkling, especially if someone else has low health once you get to the choice node

    Fully boosted scorpion or immortal abom.
    Hercs also works great as well.
