I suggest you look for silver 3, not 1. When I had a roster similar to yours I barely managed to get into a silver 3 one, now we're gold 1. Find a silver 3 one and go from there.

Hmmm highly doubt you'll find one due to your level, silver 1 and above alliances usually have cavalier players or close to cavalier but not new uncollected players. You might find one but it could take you weeks, I rarely see silver 1 and above alliances with players with similar rosters to yours.
