Arena Jubilee vs Blackwidow Origin

Everytime I go to the arena to grind some units, most of the time, I end up facing a Blackwidow (Deadly Origin) and match it with my Jubilee, for the class advantage.
Before even the match starts, the game crashes and when I redo the match it keeps on crashing, losing my multiplier for the arena
I tried to avoid it multiple times but I can't keep a mental note on that. I've been playing for almost 6months and this is the main issue I have in arena
