Catalysts store - No t1/t2/t3 basic catalysts?

Sorry in advance if someone brought this up already - but is there any particular reason why there are no tier 1, tier 2, or tier 3 basic catalysts on sale in the "Catalysts" store?



I know that the vast majority of players don't give a flying heck about ranking up their 3 & 4-star champions, but I still do (arena, OCD, testing out purposes, etc) and it's honestly a bit frustrating trying to farm those catalysts, especially tier 3 basics, because we all know the rng of the daily quests - not to mention I would rather spend my energy literally anywhere else. Those catalysts aren't even available in Glory store, only an abysmal amount in Black iso store, and most of those are basic to class selectors anyway.

Are there any plans to make them more available? Putting them in the Catalysts store for units would make the most sense, because if we can purchase t4 basics and t4 class cat crystals for units, why can't we purchase t2 and t3 basics as well?

I believe you can rank up lower champs from the champ screen and use units to pay for the catalysts you’re missing, as long as it’s 4* and lower. I’ve never used it personally but I believe that’s an option.

It's an option, but it's way overpriced. I want to rank up my 4* Jessica Jones to r3, I'm missing 3x t3b and it wants me to pay 104 units, which is honestly a ridiculous price considering there are literal t4 class cats being sold for 20 units/pc lol
So there is no way one t3b is more expensive than a t4b or t4cc
