Spiked armor applies to projectiles too???

Was wasting some energy on 535 and I used Punisher's L2 on She Hulk and when he was doing his gun shots part he got killed!
Isn't spiked armor supposed to be only on physical contact or is kabam being their usual stupid?

Physical attack is a physical attack. That's the Kabam logic. Just like Hulk's SP1 flying rock. It's a physical attack and therefore the Spiked Armor applies.

I believe Electro's static charge is countered by projectiles. Not sure why Spiked Armor can't be any different.

If you refer to Abomination then that actually does make sense because his blood is radioactive so bleeding him exposes his blood which poisons you.
Spiked armor on the other hand doesn't make sense.

Nope u didn't understand that what he mean... His bullet making him bleed and .. Poision from radioactive bleed can be mix into the air... And can reach to the opponents through breath... Like how poision bombs effects all the area around it...

What Stategic said is correct. if you trigger a bleed on Abomintion through projectile gun shots, you get poisoned. Welcome to MCOC 101.

Back to the original topic... I don't understand how/why spiked armor applies to projectiles either. Seems silly.

Doesn't spiked armor trigger on crits? didn't think it had to have "physical contact" like thorns/static shock. I remember bringing Blue Clops on RTTL spiked armor and he died so fast because his beams automatically crit.

Crossbones doesn't crit. Regen heroes to counter the health loss.
