As an FYI, I do not participate in AQ or AW. Prestige is not a factor. Both champions are at high sig levels. I have fully explored 8.1. Thank you for the help!

I actually brought Rintrah up over Doom as my first r4 mystic. Doom is better, but he does everything I need from him at r3. Personally I'd go Kitty

Go with Kitty, in the long run Doom is boring IMO and he can handle pretty much anything at r3.

I don’t agree that he is boring, but he can do everything he does at r4 almost just as well at r3. Both are amazing and worth rank 4, but I feel like Kitty needs it more
