Christmas is coming, which means whatever replacement crystals for the gifting crystals and all the gold that's going to be in those for people chasing higher rewards if you're a spender/saver. I was up in the 10 million positive gold and drew a 6 star and then had insane luck because of Battlegrounds, Quests and War to have resources to R5 some choice 5 stars for use in war, Battlegrounds and war. I now have 5 star squads dedicated for being able to do do daily quests/monthly quest, war and alliance quest at the same time, as well as keep plugging away at growing a 6 star roster. One run in 6 star dedicated character arena (roughly an hour and a half) with a combination of my top tier 5 stars and all my 6 stars gets me halfway to the character for the arena, and the next hour is spent grinding 4 star arena if I have the time and energy for the shards/Battlechips. It slowly adds up in short spans of time to be ready to R5 who is coming next for me.

Not everyone can spend all day in arena and spend money for gold. I hate people who are arrogant about their gold situation.

I don't play Incursions, and haven't made it out of the Victory track in Battlegrounds.
This is not about me spending or playing more than people who think there's a gold problem: there is no Gold problem.
There is no shortage of T1A, T2A, T3A, T5B, T6B, Iso, or literally anything.
If you are short of a particular resource, then you need to look at (1) how you can get more of it, and (2) how you can use less of it.
There is a game economy in which there are ways to obtain everything in relatively faster or slower ways.
The economy is reasonably well balanced in order that people can't simply rank up endlessly, which would facilitate the people at the top of the game pulling away further with endless r4s.
Gold is required for rank-ups as part of a mechanism that holds people back. If you're short of gold and can't afford to rank up your champions, then the reality is: the system works! The game economy is doing exactly what it's designed to do.
You need to learn to work with the system, rather than demanding it be changed. It won't be.
