Emma Frost prowess

When building prowess with emma frost the special atack seems to do more damage at around 6 or 7 prowess rather than 10 for some reason. When i have 10 prowess i crit for 20K but when i had 7 it crit for 18K. I am talking about the second hit of her sp2 in particular. I have a 6 star r1 unawakened emma frost. It was just against ROL winter soldier. Hopefully this gets fixed because I really like the champion.
