No Neutral for Wiccan on well-timed blocks

His description says he applies neutralize on well timed block but I have yet to see that happen since I got him... Sound like a bug that needs to be fixed asap

    That neutralize activates when he's well timed block. I.e. you're fighting Wiccan and you parry him, he'll apply a neutralize onto you
