Kitty as a defender keeps prowess after sp2

I noticed that only as a defender Kitty keeps her prowess stack after her sp2 to where she can keep building it indefinitely.
This does not occur with her sp1 on defense, nor does it occur with the sp1 or sp2 when she is the attacker. It’s only for sp2 from Kitty on defense. I included some screenshots one is during her sp2 the other is right after.

Try taking an sp2 on the block, prowess will be removed.
