How does flare affect Mr. Negative. Will he regen from the degen?

    I did try Negative against Flare and no regen didn't work for me

    I think that Flare is direct damage rather than degeneration.

    That degen is actually direct damage and therefore doesn’t work , its similar for aspect of nightmares
