Connection dropping

in Bugs and Known Issues
Hi. Im facing connection problem while my internet is working properly. game is not connecting via my wifi. It remains connected just for a day or 2days then not connecting, appearing a message that check ur wifi, but my wifi is working on other devices. I have to connect it through my mobile data.
So please can you advice the reason or solution. Thanks.
