Help on who to rank up please

I'm Uncollected and in 5.3, hopefully looking to be cav by spring cleaning

I'm not sure who to focus my resources on

My top options are:

5* rank 3 Hulkling Unawakened
5* rank 3 Cgr Unawakened
5* rank 3 Peni Unawakened
5* rank 3 Torch Unawakened
6 star Storm X
6 star Gorr
Stealthy 5* (I have skill and mutant 5 star gem)
Hood 5 star awakened
Masacre 5 star Unawakened
5 star rank 3 red mags Unawakened
5 star rank 3 herc Unawakened (hunting for gem)

I have loads of god tier 4 stars but I feel like they are a bit obselete now?

I'd say, in order

magneto (destroys all metal mostly)
CGR
Torch (destroys mystics, but I honestly can't remember if I used him much in act 5 and 6)
Hulking didn't have him for my run, but he's got nice utility so he must fit in somewhere for act 5-6.

Hey I'm actually on 6.1.6 rn and this close to being cav. Mags is a must for robots. Also find a good biohazard counter (most robots if not all.) I used rank 4 cgr all the way through though he's not the best of biohazard but he's still a beast.
