Hercules not applying Infuriate in AQ

I've run through a few fights in this new season and have found that Hercules wasn't able to apply his Infuriate debuff to the defender after I medium and then dash back. It's happened every fight thus far (for me about 6 fights) and has resulted in me being immediately eating a 5-hit combo. I've included a video of my latest encounter.

    I've tried a combination of both. In the EQ, it works with the same pattern shown here. Plus, for me, the Infuriate usually doesn't apply unless I perform a slight pause and his abilities don't specify whether the pause has to be immediate or not. It only states to perform a dash after a medium or light attack.

    @Nocko after further testing, you are correct. I do indeed have to dash IMMEDIATELY after striking however that timing is inconsistent with every other mode. Thanks for the recommendation. It's unfortunate but still an easy adjustment.

    He’s not the only champ who’s abilities are failing in AQ for no reason but the game is a hot mess right now and Kabam playing the shadows not saying much or doing anything to provide some type of fix but banquet event and Christmas deals will be right on schedule.
