Unable to open My Relics

Dear Kabam,
I am really confused for what reason my relics is not opening in my account. I am a thronebreaker player,
got the title last month and I got uncollected last year then why am I not eligible to open my relics.
Please help.

Maybe try and get your Summoner level up. The minimum might be 55 or 60 whether that is actually intended or not.
