When will we be given back lost rewards

I have been missing around 7 accolades crystals which really are the biggest and best thing for the game right now, this is affecting new relationships with people who wanted to swap but my account isn’t showing the rewards so I have to quit it early, is there any possible way to sort this quicker as I see I’m not the only one finding this same problem happening. This game usually brings all around smiles but todays making me wonder are about 8 years of game time wasted as it’s hard enough to become cavalier I’ve only done that this year so I’d appreciate not being left in the dark

    Again, accolades are NOT crystals. They are a bit of fun with no real meaning. I believe you are getting confused with Greater banqueting crystals and you can't gift them.
