Did your RR scrap got reduced from inventory?

This most likely belongs on the bugs section but decided to put it here to see if more people are seeing the same thing. After opening 20 Greater Banquet crystals, my scrap total was close to 1.85 million and I just noticed that it has been reduced to 1.6 mil now. Few folks on the alliance noticed their total go down as well. Anyone experiencing the same?
