Scorpion with nf and quake evade synergy

Hey yall so I wanted to try the nf with quake evade synergy "just" incase i got hit while charging heavy with scorp, but for some reason when i cancell heavy to sp1/2 it consumes an evade charge even tho I didn't get hit. Idk if its a bug or thats really how it works
