Actual price for buying units?

Live in Philippines, last time I bought one was Star-Lord's loot box and it says the price was 499Php(9.99$) and when I bought it, it only took 375(6.70$) on my account and is making my Apple Services bugged, managed to fix it and so im planning to buy a tony stark one is this exactly 1500pesos(30$) or a different price?

    That seems to be the right price. U probably had some credits on ur store that’s why the last one came out cheaper.
