LAG when AI throws specials

Merry X'mas guys.
Hey, there s been a lag going around for about a month now where game lags for a couple seconds while Activates special attacks.
Did not mention it before becoming was thinking it was a known issue, yet it has not been looked at yet.
You can understand how a very short lag can mess you up big time in a fast paced game. It is in almost all game modes. In aq and aw it is bad since a second delay can cost very high.
So please look into it.
