Hulkbuster is not getting more than 2 armors

in Bugs and Known Issues
Sometimes it stacks uoto 3 but that's it. The timer goes on but it doesn’t add armors.

    HulkBuster can get only 2 buffs in offense and 4 in defense. He can get additional one with sig ability help. There is no bug here
