I can't buy units

in Bugs and Known Issues
This is the first time i was gonna buy units, so i pressed on the 410 units bundle and the game asked me for my payment information, but when it send me to the page where i had to put in my information, the page wouldn,'t let me type anything, like in the keyboard was not showing. So i thought ok sure, if i cant use the keyboard the surely applepay would work but when i tried to press the OK button in the far right corner it wouldn't register. I can't seem to figure out if something is wrong with my device or if it's just the game trying to tell me to not spend any money.
