I opened 4* Crystal, got starlord, my game crashed, SL and crystal disappears!

I know, you may have seen my megathread however this issue is really bad its horrible.
Today, right before the dupe events, I had a 4* crystal I had been saving up for, I had about 3500 shards and I decided, what the heck.
So I spun it out and I got a starlord! I was so happy because I have a 4* tech awakening gem from the 30$ pack I bought
But then, my game crashed. I figured, no big deal, today is glitch day.
But then, the crystal and SL disappeared completely!
This is insane!
I know starlord crashes games and this is just horrible.

    Hey there OP. I am really sorry that you're having issues with your 4* Crystal prize. For an issue like this, we would ask that you submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can check your account. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the gray Gear icon in the top left corner, and then choosing Support. Thanks!
