Any OG Vision arena coming soon?

With OG Vision now in the 3 and 4 star basic pool, and the previous precedent set having such an arena... I was wondering if he was due to come back around in the arena any time soon.
I was disappointed not to see him available as 3/4 star in the "annual crystal selectors" / wouldn't mind picking him up at the lower levels for the 2M and 7.5M milestone (or basic arena equivalents).
