Relics not binding

I’m unable to bind or unbind any of my relics. When binding, it will say “bound to..” but it’s clearly not bound. Same vise versa, it will say “unbound” but then it doesn’t relinquish the relic.

This has been a problem I’ve noticed for over 2 weeks. Will it ever get fixed or even addressed?
