Who benefits from it more?

About to rank up my next R4 and really struggling with who to choose. I like these two enough that I’m probably going to do back to back Cosmic R4s, but my R4 rank up rate is pretty slow so it will probably be a couple of months till my next one short of some unexpectedly good GGCs in the next few days.

I do BG’s, but not heavily. Intellectually I know I should probably do Hulkling but I really do enjoy Galan.

So, probably going to decide based on which of them gets more benefit from the rank up. Thoughts?
