It is stated in the text that Harvest damage will increase with the base atk rating value.
I thought the damage of the Harvest skill could be improved with the Glass Cannon mastery. Because, according to what is written in the Glass Cannon mastery, it says that it increases the Base Atk value. But even though I made this mastery 3/3, there was not even 1 point increase in Harvest damage. What is the reason? is there something that I know wrong?
