Spinning Wheel of Death

Is anyone else getting the spinning wheel of death constantly? I cant go more than 2 fights without seeing it. I've almost lost 2 champions in AQ and I'm trying to finish off Act 8.1. I'm on an S22+ and im getting connection issues on wifi and sim.
