We know they are going to be two members of the group the Masters of Evil. These are my guesses and there are others who are thinking the same thing. Especially with the Horrible Bosses Synergy and Fear Itself then add the video Fight The Multiverse which had an Easter egg or two for Absorbing Man.

Zemo would also fit the Punching Purple People synergy for Jessica Jones, since he wears a purple mask.
