Cavalier Teamwork Crystals 12/29/22

Anyone habing issues where you open cavelier teamwork crystals and get no rewards? This has happened to me 4 times today i sent a ticket to kabam still waiting to hear back. Any others having this issue? JW

Update on my ticket. I was told by and support team member that the results of what i got as rewards was correct even though i have photo proof that its wrong. Waiting to hear back from support i hope they actually look at the evidence i provided instead of saying we are right you are wrong. Now have a good day. I will post any update i can.

Update still now reply from technical support when i tried to argue my case thinking my evidence was over looked so i sent a new ticket in hopes that it will be read and taken seriously, its only a cavalier crystal most likely all 3* champs is what i would get but i feel my situation wasent taken seriously and i didnt even get a simple apology of any sort. I will try and post the picture that plainly shows and say i opened 5 crystals and only got rewards for 3 of them. This is only 1 screen shot of evidence i sent with other. Anyone reading this please me me your feedback

1 set of 9 witch has the times of 21 and 22 min those 9 where form the same 10 pop. Then the last 3 that have a time of 20 minutes is the 5 pop.12 total not 15 like i opened. After i sent in my second ticket last night they are looking into it further which i respect them atleast trying. I am currently waiting to hear from what they call and gameplay specialist to email me to discuss things further. Atleast they are trying....well they say they are so i respect that and will update if and when i hear back.
