what if my game bugs out and it lets me purchase anything but doesnt take money away from my card but gives me units

    Then you'll eventually get found out and possibly banned from the game for gaining items without being charged.

    But if you're not being charged, and you keep buying things but not paying for them, then you're taking advantage. If you noticed a genuine mistake, you should have reported it, and they would sort it.
    If they discover it now, you'll have been taking advantage and gaining free items. So they will punish you for it.

    At least, that's what I assume. Unless, someone else's bank details have mistakenly been setup to that account, and they are being charged.
