How do I enter to my account

So I got banned on my iPad and when I re download the app it just says the same thing. Any help? Using Apple ID

    1. U are banned so u can't access it account also banned by kabam account and ur game centre so if u login by any of them u won't access ur account
    2. U have to restart game and logout of game centre
