Bucky has no past with zemo at all. Cap America is the one who has history with both zemos lol

Depends. The MCOC universe is like an amalgamation of the marvel multiverse. Zemo had a lot to do with Bucky in Captain America: Civil War. And if I recall my 40’s comics history it’s daddy Zemo’s device that explodes and makes everyone think Bucky passed on.

Avengers #4 I believe will beg to differ if we are sticking to comics canon. As for the MCU, well there’s this I suppose…
