Next rankup for act 6 progression

I was thinking either Nimrod - Abom - Angela - Hood or the new Valkyrie. I haven't played with her yet, though.

Who should I rank up for ACT 6 progression; possibly 6.1/6.2 exploration too.

Don't bother with exploring any of act 6. Go for a one time completion, get thronebreaker and then start act 7.

The only act that has unreplaceable rewards, is act 4, for the additional mastery points.

And for current progression, only acts 7 and 8 have relevant rewards.

Act 6 is horrendous content, even now and it's arguable that if you want a "challenge" to improve your skill set, then one time completion of variant/back issues, 5, 6, 7 and 8 (which nets 4 rank 5 5* star gems and 3 t5b), is much better use of time and learning curve if you feel like you need intermediate content between act 6 and 7.
