A new bg season and more cheaters

The new power burn node seems like it’s just too much. I’m not sure if it’s because my champs aren’t high rank or what. On top of this, it seems like there is even more cheaters. I really don’t think any uncollected and above players still use 1 through 3* in their top 30 champs. So shouldn't they just not be allowed in champion decks in the first place?
