New Crystal opening bug

Kabam,

Something is going on with the server overload and new bugs coming out of crystal opening cases



Basically, whenever I try to open side quest crystals it comes out as an error, pop open => same thing

I don't know how to attach a video to this post

Platform: Android 13
Device: Samsung Galaxy S21+
Game Version: 37.1.1

    I use s21 as well and I face the same issue
