Is Omega Red still relevant?

I got a 6* generic gem from the banquet event and was planning to use it on Omega Red. However, I haven’t seen him being used in much content, and was wondering if it’s worth using on him. I can get him to a fairly high sig level but don’t run suicides. My other options for the gem would be rintrah, Galan, Tigra, hulkling, or doom.

    If you use suicides, he's immense and still relevant. If you don't, it's a bit more in the balance.
