To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. I had reported a modder 3 days back and I just saw him online today. I had attached screenshots as proof yet they didn't ban him.

Keep in mind there are many cheat reports to review in addition to your own and each report requires us to thoroughly investigate the activity on the suspected player's account.
We're not going to take action against an account based solely on the information you have provided. As I'm sure you can appreciate, we need to gather evidence to support your claims. If we can't find such evidence, we won't take action and will continue to monitor the account. If we can find evidence to support what you're saying, we'll take whatever actions we deem necessary to punish their behavior.
