Battlegrounds match bug

Everytime I get a match made in battlegrounds it just shows the countdown time and after it hits zero nothing happens. I just hear the match happen in the background and I am completely helpless. The only way to get past the frozen screen is to reopen the game, this of course is an automatic loss. This has happened 6 times now. IGN: MEMEonANDROID
