QOL suggestion ---> Level up stones

So I was bored and checking out my invetory in game and I realised that we have some sig stone gems that instantly take a champion up 5, 10 or even all 99 levels (for 2, 3 & 4 star champs) and this got me thinking. What if we had a gem that worked the same but for ranking up levels? Given that 5* and 6* champs still give the same amount of ISO-8 as 4*'s do I think this could be a fun item to help make rank-ups quicker and make it so we are not as much in need of ISO-8 all the time. It could be an event item or special reward somewhere else.

What do you guys think?
