Rintrah vs 7.2.2. White Mags (While the Iron is Hot)

Rintrah can pin white mags against the wall, but if the root mechanic is active, then Rintrah doesn't gain the prowess. If the root mechanic is off then he gains them like any other champ. This seems bugged as the While the Iron is Hot node should work regardless of the root, right?
