Guillotine 2099 not bypassing "fury 1.5"

I'm working on exploring 8.1. I'm currently on 8.1.3 and Guillotine 2099 isn't bypassing the node, I was just wondering if this is intentional or not?

Burst dmg should bypass all dmg caps

Was she boosted? Show the fight screen of her vs the opponent. If more than 1.5% of health goes in a hit then they get a fury if I remember correctly. Usually this triggers with most champs as crits are high. Yes with g2099 she doesnt crit so less likely to trigger. Issue is if her non crits are more than 1.5% damage then it will trigger the fury. Thats why its useful to see the values in this instance.

I wondered if the issue was the sp3. Below 5% it’s an automatic KO, but if damage is capped at 1.5…

I threw her sp3 when they were 5% didn't kill them

I believe rage is not prevented by AAR so that's why Guillotine didn't work or below 5% she could have killed the opponent
