Who To Take Up To Rank 4

I need your help again in determining who to take up to rank 4. I use these champs somewhat evenly, have partial suicides (no bleed), and am NOT skilled in using Kitty.
On that last point, I suppose I could practice with her until I get her right, but alone (without synergies) she doesn't fight how I see others use her. Alot of that I blame on the AI either being so passive or overly aggressive to where I never have room to rush in.
Anyway, please help me with your votes. If you also have advice on who I should prioritize on adding sigs to, that would be much appreciated. Thank you. You stay classy, MCoC Forums.
