0% Health Battlegrounds Bug

I swear that I knocked down the defenders...but got 0 pts. It's very frustrating and has happened to me 4-5 times. I've lost these matches and making the battlegrounds unplayable for me. Please help.

this couple with so many failed abilities is why i'm about 90% done with it this round .. Medusa armor break fails, Claire nullify fail, neutralize fail .. just do many inconsistencies puts me at a RNG disadvantage

Medusa being one of my most used attackers this season, I can say for a fact she has never failed to place armor breaks. Neither do Claire's nullifies. Check who you're playing against.

the usual suspects ... Medusa vs Omega Sentinel, Warlock, War Machine ... Claire vs Colossus, Gorr, Knull ... it's always just so random .. sometimes I go in and wipe the floor with listed defenders .. other times it just doesn't work .. Medusa gets power burned because armor up isn't removed ... Claire the same because she can't nullify the armor up .. Wiccan vs Knull, Gorr, Hulking ... the neutralize is clearly on and yet armor up happens.

can't really go into a fight expecting it to work as intended is the frustration.

I am fed up with the bugs what kind of bug is this you dont even play and get defeated

I am also getting other bugs like freezing on champion drafting and then a random champion would be chosen and the game just stuck and restarts when I am about to win and it restarts the round with few seconds left on timer. I am so done with battlegrounds. No Fair Matches.
