Venom the duck broken?

Playing incursions vtd starts fight with missing buffs. Had 7 active in pre fight screen. 3 regen 2 furies and 2 power gain. Fight starts with only power gain. Please fix asap.

i'm not venom the duck expert, so i'm not super familiar with the buffs that he gets, but my guess is that it's a problem with the persistent charges, which are also bugged in other champs (torch, apoc, etc.)

Same VTD issue in AQ for me

Can confirm. I thought it was just the AQ node removing my Precision buffs. Next day, it was my fury mutations that disappeared. The following it was a mix, and then yesterday was regen.

But, this missing buff bug also seems to affect Rintrah as he doesnt seem to gain his unstoppable when rooted.
