Since 2nd buff I’ve known Hood was good but until I ranked him up for BG recently I didn’t realize how great he is. On demand miss, refreshable fate seal , ability accuracy reduction, burst damage, power steal and even a little healing. Just wow! Again, I know I’m late to the party but I’ve viewed Hood as a top 10 mystic not a top 3 mystic ( Doom and Rintrah top 2). Plus I love Mr. Negative,Knull and Wiccan so the synergies are a bonus for sure. So if you were living under a rock like me and don’t know how great the Hood is please give him a chance. You won’t regret it.

    I know right! I just stacked his fate seal, and did a heavy attack for 30k energy damage
