Heavy attack bug

Um so this bug happened to me last week where I was using galan jn eq. I was going to throw heavy to activate the harvest but I couldn't charge heavy for some reason. I don't have a video cuz I didn't think of taking a video but sometimes it happens so pls kabam look into it

    I almost lost the fight as well cuz if heavy wasn't charging i was standing idle so falcon almost killed me

    This has happened to me on other champions several times. You hold down the button to do heavy attack but instead it just stood there and then the opponent just attack you bc you are just standing there like a zombie. Definitely a bug
